Each class starts with warm up that matches the day's workout. The workouts vary day to day, but the goal remains the same: Combine a focused variety of strength, skill, and accessory training to ensure proper strength development. The class then moves into a fun conditioning workout where the intensity is tailored to your ability, taking you just outside your comfort zone. You'll leave feeling accomplished and eager for the next session.
