At the end of the day most of us are just plain confused as to what we should actually eat to be healthy. We're also worried about following a diet that makes us a social outcast, because what's life without eating out with friends, right?
Our dietitian tailors your nutrition plan so that it's something that makes sense and you can follow long-term. You'll feel better, look better, and perform better, without taking the fun out of food.
Nutrition Coaching is perfect if you want to dive deep into your relationship with food and learn how to establish long-term sustainable eating habits. It's for those who want their training to have the biggest impact possible, and are ready for the 3 month commitment to start.
We start with an initial 1:1 appointment with our Registered Dietitian to review your personal goals, schedule, and preferences. We'll also do a body composition scan, which estimates muscle and fat mass using an Inbody machine. From here, we'll schedule your regular check-ins with your Dietitian. You'll receive 3 weeks of meal planning, complete with recipes and grocery list.
Backed-by-science training produces great results. Combined with made-for-you nutrition, your results reach a whole other level.

I’ve learned the importance of exercise and nutrition and how they literally govern every aspect of health and wellness for me. They go hand in hand, and I have never realized the importance of this until stepping foot inside of Beartooth.
I come for the physical aspect (because who doesn’t love looking their best and slinging around heavy weight?)- but also for the mental aspect of it too.
When I move my body I feel better. When I eat well and nourish my body, I feel better.

The Body Composition Scan tells a really cool story. When I went strict, I lost weight, probably from muscle mass and a little fat, but now I can really see the progress! And my basal metabolic rate went up about 25 calories!
