Growing bodies need more than just their sport skills. We help youth athletes build the strength and speed they need to perform AND stay healthy for the long-term.

LONG TERM ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT

We believe that physical literacy can be, and should be, taught at a young age in order to continue to improve athleticism long term. Many athletes fall into the trap of putting too much emphasis on sports-specific skills only, resulting in incomplete athletic development over time. This, unfortunately, can result in overuse injuries caused by improper training and repeated repetitive stress coupled with inadequate recovery.

Our goal is to combat this by providing young athletes with the foundation for physical literacy using thoughtful backed-by-science workouts and movements.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Our program is best suited for ages 10 and up and is suitable for all sports and fitness levels. 

School Year Schedule:
M-F 3:30PM-5:00PM

Summer Schedule:
M-F 10:30AM-12:00PM

WHAT'S THE COACHING LIKE?

Every session is designed for the very specific needs of young bodies and minds, by expert coaches who are educated to deliver youth athletic training. 

WHY IS IT SO EFFECTIVE?

We train the body, not the sport. The most successful athletes build a foundation of strength, speed, agility, and stamina in the gym, and do their skill work in practice. Training this way gives the athlete longevity and unleashes their potential.
